Made up of professional session players both live and in the studio, Smooth Groove combine their love and passion for all music with fantastic stage presence, wicked humour, unbelievable vibe and guarantee a show that you will never forget. From the moment the first chord is struck to the last crash on the cymbals, The Three Funkateers will have your party on its feet and screaming for more. With the ability to also upgrade up to a nine piece band too, the boys really do have everything you need for the perfect night.
The band have played for companies such as O2, Deutche Bank, Natwest, Topshop, H&M, BBC, ITV, P&O Ferrys and have a lot of experience in corporate events and parties as well as weddings. Playing music from the 60s right through to the present day and offering acoustic packages as well, Smooth Groove really will bring your party to heights you never knew were reachable.

I booked Smooth Groove for my wedding reception after hearing them play at a Christmas party. From the beginning I found them to be professional and flexible creating a truly bespoke experience. The party was amazing and Smooth Groove greatly exceeded my expectations. My guests loved them and I have been inundated with requests for their contact information. A truly exceptional band who really got the party started.
We spoke to Jon before the wedding who was very helpful. He sent us over a set he thought we would like and cater for all the guests coming to our wedding. On the night the band very superb, full of energy and really got the crowd going. They looked great in their matching suits and really made the evening!! We have a Christmas party this year and have already booked the guys for it.
The guys turned up early to set up for the speeches in the afternoon which was great. They played three sets which were all amazing and we kept asking for encore after encore. All the guests loved them and they made our special day stress free and we have recommended them to all our friends. Thanks guys!
